Do you have a physical store where I can see your products?

At this time, we currently do not have a physical store location. We encourage you to read the descriptions
of each item, and contact us if you have questions before purchasing.

I saw an item similar elsewhere, will you price match?

We want you to feel confident in your purchase however we do not price match. We ask customers to review the descriptions of the product they've seen elsewhere to ours as there is always a reason for price variations.

An item I want is out of stock, when will it be back in stock?

Just ask!

1. We are not responsible for custom delays or lost packages due to us being provided
with the wrong shipping address.


2. We do not give refunds for items that arrive later than your party date. 

3. We are not responsible for correcting names on personalized items; items will be copy and pasted as written by you so please double check before submitting.
